For the little horror buff:
For the middle grade scare-fiend (one of my personal favourites):
And for the grown-up terror:
Although, if the winner has already read/bought the first in the series of Tales of Terror, OR Lockwood and Co, I will be happy to substitute the second in the series if the winner so chooses.

I like whimsical spooky fiction. I don’t necessarily like it to be scary, but I do like it if it’s a bit freaky.

Yes, a bit of humour or quirkiness never goes astray in the horror genre 🙂 Good luck!

I will hide my eyes is how I deal with scary, or clutch at my husband’s stretched out shirt ( guess who did that). He loves scary stuff and he lets me sit there and cling.

My tolerance is getting lower as I age. I used to be able to watch scary movies alone but not anymore. Scary books are very few on my bookshelf. I don’t mind reading them once in a while though.

I can’t watch horrors by self, I’d usual pull the blanket over my eyes if I’m watching a horror but if I’m with people then I can pretty much tolerate a scary movie. I do jump a lot though.

I might jump at bumps in the night, but outside of snakes, I’m not too easily frightened. But the Mom Person can’t handle scary books at all so that limits my reading somewhat.

Bring on the horror! I don’t scare easily so finding a good scary book it tricky! Psychological terror will get to me the quickest though. And it’s a favorite to read about!
